I make my cakes based on my own recipes, with unique flavors, design and a refreshing, fruity or chocolate character. In my repertoire are many flavor profiles, which I am constantly expanding. What is the same in all my cakes is the high quality of ingredients, the precision of the work, the constant quality and love with which I make them. I am constantly experimenting towards further delicacies and future favorites. I've always been a great lover of natural flavor; I like to decorate with different live flowers, fruits and berries, according to the season. Seasonality plays an important role, both in the decoration and the choice of flavors. Sometimes a little ribbon or lace appears in the design to emphasize the solemnity of the event.
