My family’s great favorite is chestnut, so I must always come up with a new chestnut delicacy – and this cake was a great success. What is its secret? I filled rum and dried plum chestnut cream into the almond shortbread, and, since it is never enough chestnut, I topped it with a soft chestnut paste.
