Walnut Tart with Honey

This tart, inspired by autumn, is another personal favorite. On classic shortbread, a roughly crushed walnut and honey filling is baked until it becomes golden brown, then a little apricot jam is added to bring back a breath of summer fruitiness. It is decorated with its own dough making it easy to change the look accordingly to the occasion.
