Mulberry & Chocolate Tart with Guinness

The strong, slightly sour taste of blackberries fits well with chocolate. In a crispy cocoa shortbread, I fill a creamy mulberry-chocolate layer flavored with Guinness beer, and cover it with harder dark chocolate, Guinness-flavored layer. I can say it is a special chocolate cake, my latest favorite.
