Cookies can be a reminder of sweet homes and Christmas preparations; a good biscuit can be perfect with a cup of tea or coffee, or even in the kids' snack box. It is always good to have some cookies at home. They can be stored for a long time, even for 1-2 weeks, can be served to unexpected houseguests, or can even be given as a gift. I like to make cookie gift packs in paper boxes, cellophane or rustic paper bags (depending on the occasion and the person addressed). As for my cookies, the key is to use the best ingredients (butter, chocolate, seeds, dried fruits, homemade jam) and to keep them fresh.
