Rákóczi Revolution

This cake, inspired by the Rákóczi’s cake with cottage cheese, was first made for the wedding of a dear couple. Since many others like traditional flavors, this reconsidered variation has been included in the permanent offer. Cottage cheese, homemade apricot jam and fried egg white foam – on request I can also load it with raisins.
